3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that processing times (1–3 business days) are not included in these delivery estimates.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in your email or enter your tracking code on our website’s “Track Order” page to monitor your package in real time.


5. What should I do if my tracking number isn’t updating?

Sometimes tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If your tracking status hasn’t changed for several days, contact us at electronbell698@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you right away.


6. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply once your package arrives. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.


7. What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

We take great care to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at electronbell698@gmail.com with a photo and order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing right away to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.
